What We Collect

When you install Bird on your Shopify store, we access:

  • Your store details (name, email, domain)
  • Orders - to display and manage delivery schedules
  • Products - for availability rules
  • Customers - to send notifications you trigger
  • Locations - for pickup and delivery zones

We do not access payment details or passwords.

How We Use It

We use this data to power the app - scheduling, notifications, and zone calculations.

Who We Share With

We don't sell your data. We share it only with services that help us run Bird. See our sub-processors list for details.

How We Protect It

We use encryption, access controls, and secure infrastructure. Bird is Built for Shopify certified, meeting Shopify's strict requirements for security and privacy.

How Long We Keep It

Order data older than 60 days is automatically deleted. You can extend this in your app settings. Uninstall the app and everything is deleted. Need it gone sooner? Just ask.

Your Rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data anytime. Email us at support@birdchime.com - we'll respond within 30 days.

Children

Bird is a business tool for Shopify merchants. It's not for anyone under 16.

Third-Party Links

We link to other services (Shopify, integrations). Their privacy policies apply there, not ours.

Updates

We may update this policy. Check the date at the bottom - if it changed, something changed.
